We charge daily, weekly or monthly — whichever works out cheapest for you. Weekly rates kick in from 4 days; monthly from 18 days. Delivery, collection and standby cover are quoted separately and itemised on every quote.

A refundable security deposit is required for most equipment and is released within 48 hours of the unit being returned in working order. For account customers, the deposit is waived.

Basic damage waiver is included on all hires. Comprehensive cover (theft, third-party, full damage) is optional and added at a transparent daily rate. We strongly recommend it on remote or unattended sites.

Yes. We supply qualified, ticketed operators for excavators, TLBs, rollers and access equipment. Operator hire is billed per shift with a 4-hour minimum.

Call our 24/7 breakdown line. If the fault is mechanical (not operator damage), we'll dispatch a replacement or a technician within 4 hours during business hours and credit your hire for the downtime.

On collection, our yard team inspects the machine against the pre-hire condition report (photos taken on delivery). Wear and tear is on us. Damage outside that is quoted at trade rates and discussed with you before any charge.

Absolutely. Just call or email before the return date and we'll roll your hire onto the next rate band. No paperwork, no penalty.
