The signatory hereby binds himself/herself/themselves as surety and co-principal debtor jointly and severally for all existing debts and any future debts incurred with Wonway Tool Hire by the Applicant, both as detailed on the first page hereof. The sureties and co-principal debtors further guarantee payment to Wonway Tool Hire of the difference between any amount owed to Wonway Tool Hire immediately prior to any compromise, settlement or pursuant to any business rescue plan as provided for in the Companies Act No 71 of 2008 and the amount that Wonway Tool Hire actually received from the Applicant by way of reduction of Wonway Tool Hire’s claim against the Applicant, whether having received the amount by way of compromise, settlement or pursuant to any business rescue plan, irrespective of whether the plan provides for the release of the Applicant, or under any circumstance of whatsoever nature. Undersigned accepts Wonway Tool Hire’s Standard Terms and Conditions attached to this Application, which is also available on website https://project1.3dom.agency/legal-terms/, and agrees that Wonway Tool Hire may process any information received from the undersigned in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 together with this application.
